We are currently in the process of becoming a fire door inspector and working towards achieving our accreditation’s for the ISO 9001, ISO 1401 (Aksum Ltd has made a formal commitment to achieving the required standards) and CHAS certifications for our business development and up skilling our people to meet the ever changing and demanding needs of the construction market.

CHAS: The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme

CHAS is an authority and trusted advisor on health and safety compliance, responsible for setting industry benchmarks and providing the new Common Assessment Standards. Learn more here.

CSCS: Construction Skills Certification Scheme

CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site. FDIS: Fire Door Inspection Scheme

FDIS is Europe’s first fire door inspection scheme. It was launched as a joint venture by the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) and the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) in 2012. Find out more here.
